Ingredients

quart pressure canned beef chunks (drained)
1
can Ro*Tel
1
pint black beans
1
teaspoon garlic seasoning (I like Grill Shakers roasted garlic from the Spice
Hunter).
Instructions
In
a large sauce pan, heat beef over medium heat.
Break
apart chunks and then add the tomatoes, beans and seasonings.
Cook
until meat is heated through and beans are soft, about 10 minutes.
Serve
on tortillas with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream and shredded
cheese if desired.
