Bobby's Chili (Wendy's Chili Knock-off)

1 quart ground beef, rinsed and drained
2 quarts pinto beans
2 cups water
1 cup diced onion
4oz. can diced green chili
¼ cup celery, finely diced
29oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 teaspoons cumin powder
3 tablespoons chili powder
1½ teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons salt

Combine ground beef and pinto beans (including liquid) in a Crock-pot.

Rinse the pinto bean jars with the 2 cups of water and pour in.

Add the remaining ingredients and set to low heat for 1 to 3 hours.
