cup marinara sauce

Frank’s Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (or to taste)

ounces nonfat cottage cheese

egg whites

ounces shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Combine
the marinara and Frank’s.
In
a separate bowl, stir together the shredded chicken, egg whites, and cottage
cheese.
Add
½ of the Frank’s mixture and mix until well-combined.
Spread
the chicken mixture in a baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle
with shredded Mozzarella.
Bake
at 350°F for about 30 minutes
or until heated through and cheese is melted.
