Buffalo Chicken Hot Sandwich Spread


1 cup marinara sauce
½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (or to taste)
1 pint home canned chicken, drained and shredded
16 ounces nonfat cottage cheese
4 egg whites
8 ounces shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese

Combine the marinara and Frank’s.
In a separate bowl, stir together the shredded chicken, egg whites, and cottage cheese.
Add ½ of the Frank’s mixture and mix until well-combined.
Spread the chicken mixture in a baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
