Black Bean Chicken

Ingredients
1 pint Pressure Canned Chicken, drained
½ cup Brown Rice
8 ounces salsa
1 can (10 ounces) Ro*Tel original diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 quart home canned Black Beans, drained

 

Instructions
Dump all in the slow cooker and mix together. Cook on low a couple of hours until all is hot and the flavors are blended.

Hearty as a meal on it’s own or serve with tortillas, sour cream and cheese if desired.
