Ground Beef Stroganoff

½ cup chopped onion
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 pint pressure canned ground beef
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Prepared noodles

Cook onions and garlic in a little water in a hot skillet.
Stir in ground beef, flour, and seasonings, and heat until warm. 
Add mushrooms, then soup.
Simmer about 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream, keeping heat low and stirring until heated.
Season to taste.
Serve over noodles.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
