Green Chili and Pork Casserole

1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 can cream of anything soup
1 cup water (increase to 1 1/3 cups for a creamier casserole
¾ cup uncooked regular white rice
1 pint pork chunks, drained.
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat Oven. Mix soup, water, rice and pork chunks a shallow baking dish. Cover with foil and bake.

Preheat Oven to 375° Bake 45 minutes or until the rice is tender.
