Ingredients
1 quart chicken, drained
1 cup fat-free
yogurt
1 cup fat-free
mayo
2 cups seedless red grapes,halved
1 cup celery, chopped fine
1/2 red onion,chopped
fine
Pepper to taste
12 cups romaine lettuce
leaves
Instructions
Mix yogurt and mayo until well combined. Stir in celery and red onion.
Add the chicken, mix just until the chicken is broken up and mixed in.
Fold in grapes. Add Pepper if needed.
Cover tightly and chill until ready to serve.
Use Romaine leaves as a base adding 1/2 cup of chicken for each serving.
